Daimono 10+

March 10th, 2008

Pinin made its debut public appearance as AnimeUNSW’s sponsor and event manager for their 10th Anniversary and inaugral Daimono 10+ event, Sydney’s freshest event concept mixing street art, exhibitions, music and the nightlife.

The event was an absolute success, with Melbourne-based indie band A Sound Mind rocking the crowd, Amanda and Muki of Animania’s Halcyon doing an intimate acoustic set and Adnan Khan & Jay Roxas starting and finishing the nights with their DJ sets. Adding to the sound force of the night were some of Sydney’s leading artists doing live demonstrations, including Matthew ‘Stikman Comics’ Huynh, Queenie Chan, Sidney Lien & up-and-coming talent Sean Hu.

A small preview of Pinin’s range was on display as part of the visual exhibition elements of the event, including tokidoki, trexis and Y-kiki footwear.

Official photos of the night are up!
