Pinin will be holding a small gathering to launch the mimobot® Designer USB flash drives produced by mimoco as part of the Pinin range of stock on Friday July 4, 2008 at 6:00pm. The gathering will be held at the Pinin shopfront located in front of the escalator in the Regent Shopping Centre. The centre is located on George Street between the Greater Union cinema complex and KFC.

Produced in limited editions, mimobot® Designer USB Flash Drives merge the art of the progressive Vinyl Toy movement with the functionality of USB flash memory keys. The result is an experimental platform where multitudes of characters are translated into the portable mimobot form and are coupled with preloaded exclusive digital content.

The tiny two inch mimobots are available in 1GB to 8GB capacities, are high-speed USB2.0, compatible with Mac and Window (enchanced for Vista ReadyBoost) and are preloaded with an assortment of character-related media content such as animation, games, music, wallpapers, screensavers, icons and the mimobot soundByte™ application.

Supanova was an absolute blast! Thanks to all our old friends who dropped by, and a welcome to all our new ones We are passionate about what we do, which is bringing new products and experiences to the table. If you’ve signed up to our mailing list, or visited us @ Supanova, you would be aware that Pinin will be doing a small launch shindig on Friday (today!) It will be predominately an exhibition of both new and old works, as well as a showcase of products we have and will be having.

Our good friends @ Dendy Newtown are collaborating with Madman for a showcasing of some of the freshest Japanese Animation from the land of Godzilla.
